I have been married since 1996 and I have 2 daughters in college. One is at Texas A & M studying Environmental Design and the other one is pursuing nursing. I have lived on the East Side of Houston my whole life, and I have been in the Baytown/Mont Belvieu area since 2002. I have been doing Real Estate since 2016. My previous employment as a teacher (18+ years) in 4 of the surrounding school districts, as well as my husband's employment with the fire department (since 1994) has enhanced my knowledge and expertise in this area.

I enjoy practicing Real Estate in the entire Greater Houston Area. I have lived on the East Side of Houston my whole life. The last 2 decades I have lived in the Baytown/Mont Belvieu Area. I also work often out of the Crosby as well as the Baytown/Mont Belvieu JLA Realty office. I enjoy helping both buyers and sellers. I also do leases and can help answer questions and refer other professionals (lenders, credit repair, inspectors, contractors, etc) all along the way.

Mr, Perry has access to industry leading marketing and advertises listings on thousands of websites, along with targeted television and print media across the city and the nation. He is ready to help establish a budget and use his market knowledge to find the best deal possible for his clients. Buyers will also receive listing alerts so they'll be the first to know when new listings fitting their needs come on the market. Mr. Perry graduated with a Degree in Business Management from Lamar University. He then spent 9 years working as a Sales Manager for AT&T, where he was recognized with several sales awards and "Manager of the Month" awards. During his time working for AT&T, Mr. Perry acquired strong skills in negotiation, customer service, and management—all of which are very important in the real estate industry. He also has a vast understanding of residential financing terms and practices. As a real estate agent, he will use his customer service skills to develop strong customer relationships with his clients relocating to The Greater Houston Area. He is fully committed to guiding his customers through the real estate transaction to ensure that they find their dream home.
