In 2021, we purchased a building in our hometown of Jefferson and have converted it into a small office complex. So you can say that I took the leap and invested in myself

I caught the real estate bug as a teenager going out with my mother, who at the time was the tax assessor/appraiser for the local school district.

I have been in real estate for over 25 years. I have worked as a sales associate then sales manager for a small real estate firm before working as a Broker Associate for another firm.

I worked as a State Certified Real Estate Appraiser for almost 20 years, before retiring in December 2015.

I was an instructor of real estate courses for Panola Jr. College at the Jefferson, Texas campus.

I pride myself in getting to know my service area and the properties that I may have the opportunity to visit, and also what influences the current market area.

I am just as comfortable in my boots, as I am in my heels.

My husband and I have 20 acres and enjoy fishing and other outside activities.


We have four daughters and nine grandchildren and are avid baseball fans, following the Houston Astros and the Texas Rangers.

Hello! Being raised in Houston County has given me an opportunity to build an extensive network and form close relationships with local businesses and people. I became a licensed real estate agent in 2006. I feel that today's homeowner needs to be in-the-know to find that perfect home or piece of land. I utilize a variety of online marketing tools, professional staging, and open houses to attract the mainstream homebuyers. In addition, I use a local presence, network and niche online presence to focus on the homes, Farms and Ranches or vacant land you are looking for as well as selling. I am known to help my clients through every step of the way, including their financing. I am a mother, GiGi and caregiver for my Dad. In my spare time I am active in my church, with my family & friends, gardening & crafting. I love traveling and experiencing new things. I was born and raised in the Houston area. After a lengthy home search in various communities around Houston, myself, my husband and two kids landed in the Magnolia area in 2008. Our goal in our home search was to find a forever home for our family to grow with, and create wonderful lifetime memories. Magnolia was the perfect landing place for us, and we have thoroughly enjoy living in the Magnolia area.

My former position as a client service director for one of the nation’s top veterinary specialty practices gave me years of experience in assisting people in emotionally stressful situations. And although buying or selling a home is hopefully a happier venture than a critically ill pet, it still can come with stress.

To ensure a successful experience, I utilize my talent for guiding people through unfamiliar and emotional processes, as well as my skill and experience in negotiating, understanding and explaining contracts, and remaining calm under pressure. My motivation for a career change to the field of real estate evolved from my passion for the housing market and helping people achieve their personal goals. It was time for a switch from helping clients through unexpected and unwanted life changing problems, to helping make dreams come true.
